How to Crochet Cutest Summer Fruits Keychain: Free Amigurumi Pattern

Summer is here, and what better way to celebrate the season than with something bright, fresh, and adorable? In this episode, I’ve prepared a special set of mini summer fruits that you’re going to love. They will definitely make the cutest keychains that you can take everywhere with you!

Materials Needed
- Chenille, Cotton or Acrylic yarn (sports weight, 5ply) in any color you prefer. (I will provide the colors I used in the pattern below)
- 3mm crochet hook
- Stuffing Materials
- Stitch markers, darning needle and scissors
Crochet Abbreviations
The abbreviations are in US terminology!
- R – round/row
- Ch – chain
- mr – magic ring
- st – stitch
- sc – single crochet
- inc – increase
- dec – decrease
- hdc – half double crochet
- dc – double crochet
- slst – slip stitch
- FLO – front loop only
- BLO – back loop only
- *- repeat
- [] – total stitch count in each round/row
- sk – skip

Mango
Start with a magic ring using Yellow yarn.
R1 6sc in mr [6]
R2 (1sc, 1inc) *3 [9]
R3 2sc, 5inc, 2sc [14]
R4 2sc, (1sc, 1inc) *5, 2sc [19]
R5 2sc, (2sc, 1inc) *5, 2sc [24]
R6 (5sc, 1inc)*4 [28]
R7-R10 28sc (4 rounds) [28]
R11 (5sc, 1dec)*4 [24]
R12 (2sc, 1dec)*6 [18]
- Start stuffing and stuff as you finish each round below.
R13 (1sc, 1dec)*6 [12]
R14 6dec [6]
- Cut the yarn and close the body.

Tiny leaf
Start with a slip knot in Green yarn.
6ch, starting from 2nd ch from the hook, 1sc, 1hdc, 1dc, 1hdc, in last ch (1sc, 2ch, 1sc): Continuing to the lower parts of the ch, 1hdc,1dc, 1hdc, 1sc, 1slst, Ch1 & cut the yarn.

Strawberry
Start with a magic ring using Red or Pink yarn.
R1 6sc in mr [6]
R2 6inc [12]
R3 (1sc, 1inc)*6 [18]
R4 18sc [18]
R5 (2sc, 1inc)*6 [24]
R6 24sc [24]
R7 (3sc,1inc) *6 [30]
R8 30sc [30]
R9 (3sc, 1dec) *6 [24]
R10 (2sc, 1dec) *6 [18]
- Start stuffing and stuff as you finish each round below.
R11 (1sc, 1dec) * 6 [12]
R12 6dec [6]
- Cut the yarn and close the body.
Leaf
In mr, (4ch, 1slst, 2sc, 1slst into mr)*5
- Cut the yarn and sew the leaf on top of the body.
- Using white yarn, embroider tiny seeds around the body.

Watermelon
Start with a slip knot using Green yarn.
Ch11
R1 Starting form 2nd ch from the hook, 10sc [10]
R2-R3 Ch1 & turn, 10sc [10]
R4 Crochet around the sides: 1st side – 3sc, 2nd – 10sc, 3rd – 3sc, 4th – 10sc [26]
R5 26sc [26]
*Change to White yarn at the end of R5
R6 White, 26sc [26]
*Change to Red yarn at the end of R6 and continue using Red till the end.
R7-R10 26sc (4 rounds) [26]
R11 1dec, 12sc, 1dec, 10sc [24]
R12 (4sc, 1dec) *4 [20]
- Start stuffing and stuff as you finish each round below.
R13 (3sc, 1dec) *4 [16]
R14 8dec [8]
- Cut the yarn and close the body.
- Using Black yarn, embroider tiny seeds around the top part.
Kiwi
Inner part
- Start with a magic ring using White yarn.
- Join with slst at the end of each round!
- Slst & ch1 are NOT included in the total st count.
R1 7sc in mr, 1slst [7]
R2 Ch1, 7inc, 1slst [14]
*Change to Green yarn at the end of R3.
R3 Green, Ch1, (1sc, 1inc)*7, 1slst [21]
R4 Green, Ch1, (1sc, 1inc, 1sc)*7, 1slst [28]
- Cut the yarn.
Outer part
Start with a magic ring using Brown yarn.
R1 7sc in mr [7]
R2 7inc [14]
R3 (1sc, 1inc) *7 [21]
R4 (1sc, 1inc, 1sc)*7 [28]
R5-R6 28sc (2 rounds) [28]
- Without cutting the yarn, bring the inner part and crochet two parts together using sc.

Peach
Start with a magic ring using Pink yarn.
R1 6sc in mr [6]
R2 (1sc, 1inc)*3 [21]
R3 9inc [18]
R4 (1sc, 1inc)*9 [27]

R7-R10 30sc (4 rounds) [30]

- Start stuffing and stuff as you finish each round below.
R12 (2sc, 1dec)*6 [18]
R13 (1sc, 1dec)*6 [12]

- Cut the yarn leaving a quite long tail and close the body.
- Using the remaining yarn tail, shape into a peachy dip in the middle.

Stalk
Start with a slip knot using Dark brown yarn.
4ch, starting from 2nd ch from the hook, 1slst, 2sc
Make a tiny leaf using the same pattern from Mango.
- Sew the stalk and tiny leaf at the top.
